Elon Algorithm

If you didn’t know it already, I used to be a huge Elon fan. Why I no longer no longer am is probably a story for another day (or maybe never). 

That said, sometime back he did an interview with Everyday Astronaut.

And in that convo, Elon spoke about his ALGORITHM or his five step process for manufacturing rockets.

But I think it’s an insight that can be applied to almost any aspect of life.

So here it is: 

1. Make requirements less dumb 
2. Delete the part or process
3. Simplify/Optimise
4. Accelerate cycle times
5. Automate

The important thing is to perform the steps in the exact order. 

In this video Elon ( it’s only 2 mins, 23 secs) goes into a bit more detail.
